Community Development Authority

The Village Board, pursuant to State statutes, adopted a resolution declaring a need for blight elimination, slum clearance, urban renewal, community development programs and projects and housing projects.  Thus they created the Community Development Authority as a separate entity for the purpose of fulfilling those needs.  Members are appointed and approved by the Village Board.
