Amanda Gain, Administrator/Treasurer
The Administrator is the chief administrative officer for daily operations of the Village and reports to the Village Board of Trustees and Village President. She assists in the development and implementation of legislative policies. The Administrator also manages, analyzes, supervises and evaluates all departments, divisions and services of Village government and is responsible for the duties as outlined in the municipal code, state statutes and all other applicable laws of governance. Additionally, the Administrator maintains all financial records and documents of the Village and prepares all financial transactions, including the yearly budget.

Deputy Treasurer/Utility Clerk
Questions related to sewer billing and property tax payments should be referred to Kris Tapp, Deputy Treasurer/Utility Clerk, 262-886-7204.
The Deputy Treasurer/Utility Clerk is responsible for creating/sending sewer bills on a quarterly basis. In addition, this position handles the payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions and all miscellaneous administrative and accounting functions.
