About Sturtevant

Incorporated in 1907, Sturtevant is a small village with railroad and industrial roots.  Best described as a quiet, tranquil community with strong ties to its past, Sturtevant is quietly increasing its footprint in southeastern Wisconsin.  Its borders already include major industry like Putzmeister America,  Andis Company, BRP and a nationally recognized educational partner, GatewayTechnical College,  located in the SC Johnson iMet Center in the Renaissance Business Park.   Some would say this Village of 4.11 square miles with approximately 7k people is a secret waiting to be revealed!

Renaissance Business Park includes a 90-room hotel open in 2023 Highway 11, a main thoroughfare in the Village, will be home to  228 luxury apartments with underground parking and two retail buildings - opening in 2023.

Recently, Microsoft purchased 300 acres of land for a data center to be completed by the end of 2026 with an estimated investment of one billion dollars.

With its close proximity to I-94, and neighbors like the Village of Mount Pleasant,  City of Racine and Kenosha County, Sturtevant is a haven for a quiet family life but whose eyes remain open to growth opportunities whether commercial or residential.
