PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING
- The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has scheduled an public information meeting to discuss the upcoming resurfacing and intersection safety improvements on Washington Avenue(HWY 20) in the villages of Mt. Pleasant and Sturtevant. The Meeting will take place from 5-7 PM on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Mt. Pleasant Village Hall, 8811 Campus Drive, Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin.

Mt. Pleasant/Sturtevant Food Drive
- The Mt. Pleasant/Sturtevant Holiday Food Drive will take place at Mt. Pleasant Village Hall from 7-8 P.M. on Thursday, December 15, 2011.
- All proceeds will go to the Racine County Food Bank

Holiday Train Not Stopping in Sturtevant This Year
- The Holiday Train will not make its annual stop in Sturtevant this year.

Village Hall Closures
- Village Hall will be closed on Friday, December 23rd & Monday, December 26th for Christmas.
- Village Hall will be closed on Friday, December 30th & Monday, January 2, 2012 for New Years.
Community Garden
Sturtevant Beautification volunteers along with assistance from Sturtevant DPW expanded our community garden site to 12 garden plots for 2011. All garden plots have been assigned for 2011. If you are interested in a garden plot for 2012, contact Linda Busha at 412-5578
