2011 Pavement Project

Resurfacing of 92nd & 93rd Street

92nd Street will be resurfaced from Chandler Avenue to Hulda Drive.
93rd Street will be resurfaced from Durand Avenue to Hulda Drive.
Work on the project consists of base repairs, manhole repair/adjustments, sanitary sewer spot repairs, pulverizing, new asphalt installation, and sump pump discharge line.
Work on the Project will begin on Tuesday, May 31st
Work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, July 22nd

Chandler Avenue

2011 Water Main Relay Project-Racine Water Utility

The Racine Water Utility will relay the water main on Hulda Drive from 93rd Street to 97th Street.

Storm Water Detention Pond & Sanitary Sewer Line-Highway 11 & Highway H

A storm water detention pond and sanitary sewer line will be constructed on the along the southside of Highway 11, west of the railroad tracks.
The purpose of the construction of the pond is to control rain waters from overloading the storm water system that runs from Hulda Drive west.

2011 Sidewalk Repair Project

The Village of Sturtevant will be again marking sidewalks in need of repair.
Sidewalks targeted for replacement will be marked with a white dot.
Residents are encouraged to replace or fix sidewalks that are in need of repair.
