94TH STREET PROJECT

PHASE 1

Phase 1 consists of water main relay
The City of Racine Water Utility and Oakes Contruction will begin work on the 94th Street water main relay from Durand Avenue to Mt. Pleasant Avenue on Wednesday, April 14, 2010. This part of the project should be done by mid-May.

PHASE 2

Phase 2 consists of sewer lining and related work for Westbrook Drive, Buckingham Drive, Buckingham Rd./Mt. Pleasant St., Chandler and 94th St.
The work will be done by Visu-Sewer, Inc and will begin after the completion of Phase 1. Exact dates will be posted at a later date.

PHASE 3

Phase 3 consists of paving, curb and gutter work, sump pump lines and laterals on 94th Street
The work will be done by Payne & Dolan and will begin after the completion of Phase 2. Exact dates will be posted at a later date.
